Nadia Wilson is a completed her performance studies at Trinity College of Music in Summer 2005 studying with Michael Whight. She has freelanced with many orchestras including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Northern Ballet Theatre Orchestra, Seychelles International Festival Orchestra and Orchestra of St. Paul’s, Covent Garden. As a soloist, she has performed with orchestra on several occasions, including performances of Mozart Clarinet Concerto, Weber Concerto no. 1 and Finzi’s Five Bagatelles. Nadia is a busy chamber musician and recitals have taken her to venues such as the Purcell Room, St. Martin-in-the-Fields and St. James’s Piccadilly. Nadia performs regular clarinet and piano recitals with duo partner and composer, Martin Butler, as well as performing with the prizewinning ensemble, the London Myriad Ensemble. The LME have performed all over the world and been recorded and interviewed on BBC Radio 3 as well as being winners of the 2nd International Israeli Music Competition in 1999 and resident artists with the Concordia Foundation. Nadia also doubles on flute and saxophone, enjoying playing a mixture of repertoire in shows, big bands and function bands. She is also a deputy house musician with P & O Cruises. When Nadia is not playing, she works as a woodwind teacher in and around London.
