Esther Carapeto Moreno was born in Madrid Spain and started her studies at the age of 8. Esther finished her Bachelor’s Degree in 2010 at Vigo Conservatoire with the highest qualifications.
During this period, she studied with teachers such as Mayte Garcia, David Apellaniz and Alvaro Quintanilla. From 2005 to 2010, she received lessons from professor Marçal Cervera and during the 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 she also did the first and the second master course of perfectioning “Escola de las Arts” in (Barcelona) Spain. She won the 1st prize in the “Hazen Competition of Chamber Music” (Madrid 2005) as well as 3rd prize in the “National Competition of Chamber Music Yanguas” (Soria, 2005) Furthermore, Esther has recieved advice from Casals Quartet, Quiroga Quartet, Arto Noras, Christopher Coin and Xavier Gagnepain. She is currently continuing her musical studies by doing the Master in Performance in the prestigious Trinity Laban Conservatoire in London.
