Anastasia Mooney started learning music at the age of seven and later graduated from Gnesin’s Music College in Moscow – one of the most prestigious schools in Russia. For more than ten years, Anastasia has been performing as a soloist and in ensembles, teaching privately and at schools, working as an accompanist and improviser. At these roles, she has often been praised for both her technical skills as well as her musicality. Anastasia is a dual Russian/British national, permanently settled in the UK. 20 years ago Anastasia started teaching piano and music theory and as of today has had the pleasure to teach pupils between the ages of 4 and 80.
